What the room keeps.

The short version
This site exists so you can see the work and send a brief. If you send one, we use it to reply about your project. That's it. No list, no resale, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What this site collects
- The booking brief. The form on the home page and on Book the Room asks for the project, timeline, where it lands, what's missing in the temp, your name and your email. It is delivered through a private Google Form intake into a spreadsheet only the room can see. If the intake is unreachable, the site offers to open the same brief in your own email client instead, addressed to teamKOVAS@musicbykovas.com. Nothing you type is stored by this site itself.
- Ad measurement. The site runs the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It sets a cookie and reports page views and a "lead" event when a brief is sent, so we can measure our own ads. It never receives your name, your email or the contents of your brief.
- Embedded players. The reel on About loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (no cookies until you press play). The Listening Room loads a Spotify player. Each of those services applies its own privacy policy once you interact with the player.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) to run and secure the service.
How it is used
- To read your brief and reply about scoring your project.
- To measure whether our own advertising brings the right projects to the room.
- To keep the site running and safe.
Who touches it
We run lean. Your brief passes through Google (Forms and Sheets) as our intake. Meta receives anonymous ad-measurement events from its Pixel. YouTube and Spotify serve the embedded players. Vercel hosts the site. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own terms; none of them get your brief from us for their own use, and we do not sell or rent anything to anyone.
Your choices
- Skip the form. Email teamKOVAS@musicbykovas.com directly. The brief lands in the same room.
- Delete your brief. Email us and we remove it from the intake.
- Limit ad tracking. Browser tracking protection and content blockers stop the Meta Pixel, and you can tune what Meta does with ad data at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Avoid the players. Nothing on the site requires the embedded YouTube or Spotify players; every credit is readable as text.
